Cancer/writing Journal #89

My PSA was checked again today and again it is too low to be detectable. Good news which is good news/bad news. I have gotten pretty half hearted about following my program. A while back, I had grey green oat meal every day for breakfast. Been a while since I've had that. I would cut up horseradish and have it along with other things that kill cancer. I've left the horseradish pretty much alone and it has gone shriveled and hard from neglect. Totally aside from the effect it may or may not have been having on my cancer, the rigorous program which included intermittent fasting and big bowls of green leafy things has gotten real intermittent. Not totally. I stay away from meat. I don't eat sweets except for rare occasions. I've stayed with fitness training and using the infrared sauna. I get Vitamin C infusions. I take a fist full of supplements which as best as I can recall are intended to fight cancer but beyond that, not much of a program I'm following. But must be somehow good enough. My PSA is too low to be detectable.

  2. Always good news to hear that it is still low. I get that persistence is difficult over time, but I too urge you to continue with your plan. And good for you for keeping on with everything that you have been!
